Try to carve out 5-15 minutes before your appointment and just breathe. Take a few BIG breaths in and SLOWLY let them out. Notice where you may have tension and let me know when I arrive.
2. Eat
It’s not easy to focus on relaxing when your tummy is growling. Plus, I don’t want you to feel embarrassed. Eat something light like some nuts, yougurt or a fruit if you haven’t eaten in a while.



I don’t mean drink a gallon of water before you have to lie still for the next hour. A refeshing cup of iced or warm tea can signal your body that it’s time to relax.
4. Be Comfy
We wont be moving your body but you don’t want to restrict the flow of energy with tight clothing. You may also want to wear socks because I’ll ask you to remove your shoes.
Many people see colors, feel warm or fall into a deep sleep during the session. Others may have an emotional release as blocks are being removed. It’s ok to feel whatever you are feeling. Journal or contact me if you need to process your feelings.
