Learn to love your body in this gentle affirming yoga class. We begin with healing and moving our bodies to remind you of who you are. Then we slowly go into floor poses, holding each for 4-5 minutes. This allows you to feel your body. We end each session with an opportunity to reflect and discuss your experience.
